This page explains how to delete your FebNMS account (the app is listed on Google Play as “FebNMS for LibreNMS”, developed by FEB PTE. LTD.) and the data associated with it.
1. Delete in the app
- Open FebNMS and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The deletion takes effect immediately and signs out all of your devices.
2. Request deletion without the app
If you can no longer use the app, open a ticket on our support portal from the email address of your FebNMS account and ask us to delete the account. We will confirm the request with that email address and complete the deletion within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Your account: email address and password hash.
- Synced LibreNMS servers, including their addresses and encrypted API tokens.
- Dashboard layouts and app preferences.
- Registered devices, push tokens and push subscriptions.
- AI assistant reports you submitted.
4. What is kept
Email delivery logs (recipient, message type and time) are kept for up to 90 days for troubleshooting and are then removed automatically. Nothing on your own LibreNMS server is changed; data there is controlled by its administrator.
